Projectdescription:

This plant is used to wash trains from the Netherland Railways. The plant is prepared to wash the trains during drive-trough the plant.

The wash can be done by alcaline or acid detergent. The washtime is appr. 30min, depending from the train contour

The plant is prepared with temperature tunnels. So it is possible to wash the trains during wintertimes with an outside-temperature down to -5°

Operating

The maintenance workers operate the plant completly via the PC

The PC Software WA-System contains:

	Visualizationsystem with manual functions and faultmessages
	PC based data recorder

Controlling:

To control the plant a Simatic S7 400 is used with a CPU 414-3 DP . The Sensor/Actors are controlled via Profibus DP. The PC communicates also via Profibus DP to the controller.

The train drives to the entrance-panel and the train-driver starts there the program

After programstart the traindriver will be leaded trough the plant via traffic lights

There is no operater personal necessary to operate the plant
